Lead times are quoted in calendar days. ● What design files can you accept from our company? Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF, IGES and most commonly used formats. ● Do you provide assembling service? Yes, we do that. Custom mechanical assemblies can be fabricated using our precision shafting with gears, pulleys, couplings and bearings from inventory or modified for your application. ● What types of material can be machined for the sleeves and shafts? Aluminum, Copper Alloys (Bronze, Brass), Titanium, Nickel Alloys and all kind of Plastic material can be machined. ● What manufacturing process are the shafts or sleeves to be used? Mostsly by using CNC turning can make a shaft or sleeve, sometimes CNC milling is also need to be used to make holes or irregular shapes processing. If the quantity is larger we will use swiss CNC turning process to make them.Packaging: 200pcs or 300pcs in a polybag, a few bags in a carton box which is less than 22 KGS.
